I wonder what would happen if you clicked on that link? I know that people who use Yahoo have the ability to look at full email headers, so try this and see if it works. Of course, you could go directly to the web page which has subscription (and unsubscription) information about this mailing list and you could unscribe there. This doesn't seem that hard to me to do.
