I am Thamer Alsulaiman, a junior faculty at UIOWA. I will be teaching Object oriented design next Fall. I am currently thinking of giving the students project on version control. I downloaded the CVS files from 2005. But I wish to get much earlier releases, which I expect to be simpler and have basic functionality. I need it as a basis to understand the basic building blocks of version control software, and design an OO project around it. Kindly, any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks.
