I'm trying to install cyrus-imapd-1.6.24 on a FreeBSD 4.1 machine using
TcL 8.3
I can configure cyrus just fine, but when I make it, I get an error
making the sieve part of it saying

I have no clue what the problem is.
this is a clean install of freebsd 4.1
any help is greatly appreciated.
