This memory leak only occurs iff a service can't resolve/bind to a
port.  This would most likely only happen if there is a typo in
cyrus.conf or there is some issue with networking.  In either case, you
would probably restart master, and the leak would go away.  IMHO, 2.0.15
is fine the way it is.
