Hi,

You got a few options:
1. ldap -> all the different ldap admin tools (www.open-it.org, search 
the archives for general etc.)
2. phpcyradm (for adding mailboxes)

Remember that cyrus makes a distinction between beeing authorized and 
having a mialbox. I.e. if you use ldap, you'll have to add the ldap user 
AND the mailbox.
