I'm using cyrus-impad-2.2a with default configure settings for all my db's. (ie., duplicate-db = berkeley_nosync, etc..) also, I have db4.0.14 installed. I just started receiving these messages in my logs and lmtp doesn't deliver to the mailstore without a restart of the cyrus master:
