In the meantime, is there anyone who can tell me how to adjust a user's quota via the files in /var/imap/quota ? I see files to edit, but don't know how to make the changes take effect (they don't seem to on their own).
We have a user who's had mail being undelivered for 3 days now because of quota problems and I do not want the messages to bounce back to the senders.
