the article above says that the master segfault problem under Solaris 9 could be solved by backing out patch 112874-22.
I found that if the path for the lmtp socket is shorter than 18 characters
e.g.: /var/imap/so/lmtp or /var/run/lmtp
then the master will not segfault even if patch 112874-22 is present. And it seems that everything is working as it should.
Any thoughts on this?
