I had previously rebuilt Simon Matter's cyrus-imapd-2.2.3-8.src.rpm and removed /var/lib/imap and /var/spool/imap in an effort to correct the problem, and tried some other obvious beginner level sysadmin trouble shooting, but nothing was working. I then recompiled db4 using Simon Matter's db4.spec and then rebuilt Simon Matter's cyrus-imapd-2.2.3-8.src.rpm. The reported problem just 'went away' after that. I do not have the technical knowledge to explain why, but it works now. --- Cyrus Home Page: http://asg.web.cmu.edu/cyrus Cyrus Wiki/FAQ: http://cyruswiki.andrew.cmu.edu List Archives/Info: http://asg.web.cmu.edu/cyrus/mailing-list.html
