How do I get cyrus to re-calculate the usage figure in a quota file.

quota -f

The man page for quota says "Running quota with both the -f option and mailbox-prefix arguments is not recommended".

It is out of the question for me to run it without a mailbox-prefix because I have over 20,000 users and it would put a massive load on the system and take hours.

Why is that combination not recommended?

I'm not sure why this comment is there, but its fine to run quota -f on a quotaroot (e.g. quota -f user.foo).
