This is off-topic, but you might want to take a look at Sender Policy Framework (SPF) at http://www.openspf.org - it's meant to stop people from sending you email by forging the 'from:' header using your own domain.

And also to break mail forwarding/aliasing in the process. There are some very good reasons why MTA developers (well, at least sendmail and postfix developers) rejected SPF patches and are openly advocating against the use of SPF.
