Thats not the problem, the problem is that the imapserverlog say the
mail
is delivered.... but the user say it never arrived...

no filtering....
guess it is not very helpfull, but the last time things like this
started happenening to me, it was not long before a harddisk reached end
of life.
I would be surprised if imapd wrote to log before it wrote the message
to disk.
