FreeBSD 7.x onwards has ZFS available natively. ZFS support in CURRENT seems to have most of the latest stuff from OpenSolaris incorporated and the FS seems to be pretty stable on 64 bit x86 (amd64) platform at least. So make that at least three known implementations.
