Cyrus 2.4.12

I have noticed that when a user is deleted on the primary and their InBox was empty because they never received a single e-mail the DELETED mailbox does not appear on the slave. I have not verified if this happennes when the InBox is empty but they did receive a mail at one point (I suspect that would be fine since the InBox would have been replicate to the slave) or if this also happens with empty folders under InBox.

This is not a data loss situation since there was nothing there to begin with but does cause the mailboxes.db to be different on the primary and slave.
