In 2.3.x you could toggle it on via mboxcfg in cyradm per-mailbox. In Cyrus 2.4.x it is just "on".
Okay, so the statement from the webmail system only applies for Cyrus versions < 2.4 and in 2.4.x this is enabled for any mailbox without configuration/upgrade??
