Hi. Guys, where do I report the issue with a cyrus bugzilla site ? Right now it's using localized interface (at least russian when it sees russian language reported by the browser), but it incorrectly indicates the encoding in the page headers, setting it to ISO-8859-5, instead of the UTF-8 which it is really, so the bugzilla is almost unuseable, since it's completely CGI and POST-based. In the same time the site lacks the part where the issue with the bugzilla itself can be reported.
