Hi Bob,
thanks again for your help. No it is working fine. Are your settings including the coloured words in writing emails? These colours appear since your bbdb help. I am getting the impression that during writing those coloured words (the background of them) are words which are may be new, or are not in the emacs database. 1. The words „coloured, colours, didn´t, openstreetmap, Gottfried“ are in pink. 2. And in the last sentence, all those words in german quotation marks(„...“) appear in yellow. 3. When I went over all these words again, they changed from pink to yellow. interesting! I didn´t know where Honolulu is. I had to look it up on openstreetmap. Now I know I got help from the other side of the planet. thanks Gottfried Bob Newell <[email protected]> writes: > Here is what is in my startup-gnus.el that is relevant to you > > (require 'bbdb) > (require 'bbdb-com) > (require 'bbdb-gnus) > (require 'bbdb-message) > > I will try to attach my entire bbdb startup file.
