I didn't realize that.  I suppose I installed it long enough
ago that at the time it was included.  In any event thanks for
pointing this out.

That's quite likely; I'm not a good judge of the difficulty.
However the package, though evidently old, really provides a
lot in terms of options and flexibility and I use it to good
effect in my own work.
