Bill, I am checking on getting replacement letter of agency from Pam. There is no cost, all the letter is allowing Pam at IPTV file for ICN Video Classroom time as a state. This letter stays on file at IPTV to confirm that all districts in the state agreed to this. It is a simple form that just needs a signature and sent back to Pam at IPTV.
