Well after talking to Scott and not getting any objections to the change in
date for the Technology Coordinator's Meeting, it has been moved to the 11th
of march in Eagle Grove.

Here is the agenda:
8:30-9:00 Meet and Greet

9:00 - 11:00 Maggie Decker on he Alternative computerized assessment by
NWEA and Q&A with her (there will be a demo set up for hands on with the
testing software. I will have laptops set up to access sample tests.

11:15 - 12:15 Lunch on your own I listed some spots to eat last week.
They all still exist as of today.

12:30 - 1:30 tech side of NWEA. How to set up server, install client and
use the administrative portion of the test. Also some pointers on the
reports.

1:30 - 2:00 Any updates from Scott or anyone else

1:30 - 2:30 Tour of the network. (Really should only take about 20 minutes
but I figure I should pad the schedule so no one has to get back to their
district if they do not want to.

The morning session will be at the Middle School in the auditorium. Please
please please no food or drink in the auditorium. The powers that be (the
music and drama departments) will have my hide if the find any food in
there. Remember that this is the session that would be good to have attended
by your administrators and/or curriculum folk.

The afternoon session will be either at the High School or the Admin Bldg.
To be determined later. This is the tech side and probably not real
interesting to the admin and curriculum folk.

I will send out a map to the middle school later.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

And for schools that are already using the NWEA tests, I would love it if
you could come too. Many perspectives on the same topic would be great for
everyone. This means you Brad. Since we never see you anymore.
