It sounds like what you are trying to do would be better suited for a Database, not a spreadsheet. Filemaker Pro would be able to create such an application. _____________________________________________________________________ Scott Fosseen - Systems Engineer -Prairie Lakes AEA http://fosseen.us/scott _____________________________________________________________________ "640K ought to be enough for anybody." - Bill Gates, 1981 - Bill Gates, 1981 _____________________________________________________________________

Can anyone tell me how to make a graphic in an Excel table a "link" to putting adding a column to the spreadsheet? (I'm trying to make a Macro's spreadsheet for registration and I need to have something to click on to add a new column. When a new column is added, the commands from the previous column will then follow when you add the new column using the graphic. If you just tell the spreadsheet to insert the column, the commands do NOT follow. Clear as mud?!?!?
