There is a glitch in the ITEC submission site which forces you to either choose a PC or Mac lab for your presentation.
If you are submitting a session which requires neither, just choose one anyway and go on. We'll look at the presentation type when we schedule your session.
The programmers at UOregon are trying to correct this problem.
