You do not want technology to work correctly all the time. If people see you sometimes struggle then they really think it is difficult. This is called "Job Security", you must remember I am one of the few people that love Microsoft. If they didn't have all of the bugs and problems with it my job would be easier but people wouldn't appreciate me as much!!!!
