Eighth Grade Technology Proficiency Measures “Please find below a memo advising you about the need for a measure of eighth grade technology proficiency for your students this year. Your eighth grade technology proficiency must be reported in your September 2006 APR to meet NCLB requirements. To assist you in acquiring that proficiency data, you will find URLs leading to both a student survey and a teacher survey of technology proficiency that may help you determine possible professional development needs for your staff in the area of integrating technology into the curriculum.
