I really don't know why deciding to exclude your school would have any effect on the lawsuit as the group is huge no matter what.  I suspect all schools will be part of the suit and many will not choose to exclude.  We received one also.

Greetings all,

 

On Friday I received a mailer telling me that I am part of a class action lawsuit (I will keep my opinions of class action suits to myself). Any-whose, I am in a bit of a pickle as to whether or not to remove the school from the suit. 

 

Reasoning

 

Microsoft has always given great pricing to schools on software

The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation is committed to technology in education

We are predominantly Apple based

I don't want to upset the applecart

 

So I am asking the collective group, what your opinions and choices will be with this lawsuit.
