Techs;               We’ve been using web based IP gradebook for 2 years without incident. The gradebook information is then also available to parents which has been very popular. In regards to the Microsoft lawsuit, I don’t think it will make much difference if a school opts in or out, the settlement money, if any, will probably be funneled to the attorneys. Does anyone remember receiving anything when Tom Miller and his crack team got a settlement out of Microsoft?? I’m in the Alzheimer’s generation so I’m asking if anybody remembers receiving anything?   George
