Karl- We have been buying our maintenance kits from http://www.preowned.com/. The offer the exchange program so you can send back your old fusers and get credit from them. If you want to keep a couple on hand, we bought a couple from eBay so we didn't pay an arm and a leg for the fusers, and then we always had a bad one we could send back for the parts exchange.
