If you ordered your reports you can also go to https://reports.nwea.org and login and get
your reports by clicking on retrieve reports, and then click on Ready and you
will get your report in Zip form.

Just a thought- I learned the hard way.... When you order, there is a little box that you have to check in order to get the email confirmation. (Just adding the email does not do it.) And if you have more than one email address, it has to be separated by semicolons, not a comma.
