Scott,

Here is a brief description on our presentation Thursday.

Our presentation will be discussing how to correctly and creatively use the
visualizers (document cameras) and interactive boards; how to combine the two
together to make a more effective and seamless teaching experience.
We will talk about different types of these two technologies and help schools
to choose the right kind for different applications. Our presentation will be
focusing on Promax products but will cross manufacturing boundaries.

Well it is meeting time again.

Our December meeting will be in Storm Lake this time at the Prairie Lakes
AEA offices on 824 Flindt Drive. If you can't physically be in Storm Lake I
will have the Polycom setup as well as live stream access.

If you have a Polycom dial 207.28.96.160##4636 or
dial 207.28.96.160, from the auto attendant choose "NWIA-Info-Tech" from the
  list.

If you want to stream from your computer open the URL
  http://207.28.96.160

Enter your name in the "Sign-in name" box,
  conference ID is 4636
  no pin
I would recommend choosing QuickTime for the format of the stream.

  Agenda

  9am - 10am Open Discussion Time
10am - 11am Dorothy and Karen - Online Databases, How to find usage
statistics for each of the databases
11am - Lunch Frank Schmidt, Xirrus - Wi-Fi Access point arrays. Xirrus
arrays can cover the same area with 1/4 as many traditional access points
and automatically configure their coverage areas. I saw this equipment at
  Interop last May. www.xirrus.com
