Here is Lightspeeds Requirements

Single Pentium 4 Processor (2.4 ghz+) for networks running up to 10 Mbps of 
traffic or Dual Pentium 4 processor (2.4ghz+) for networks running over 10 Mbps 
of traffic.
 
4 GB RAM Recommended - 2.0 GB RAM minimum (supported for legacy servers; will 
require SQL Server tuning adjustments - see Q10378) 

8 GB recommended contiguous disk-storage (single disk - available space) - 4 GB 
minimum (will limit report storage and performance)

This is what we are using and it runs well.
