We're not hosted by Scott, but have been having our own battles with email. IT has to do with MTU Discovery and Filtering ICMP, most of which I don't understand once you've said more than the word "packet". Basically our packets are too big and of the wrong type for some mail servers (routers), so it gets dropped. How fun.
