Scott - Thanks for the suggestion of using DFS to solve my local and offsite backup issue. It took me about 1 hour to research and set this up and it looks like it will be a winner. It replicates perfectly in testing. I remember DFS from the corporate days when we had NT Server, 2000 professional and Windows 98 and it did not work well in a domain situation.
