We have some scanners that will scan slides . . .

Personally, I took my family's slides from my "younger years" as well as my dad's slides from Vietnam to the local photo store in town and they scanned them all for me and put them on a CD. I think there going rate for small quantities was around $1/slide. Fortunately they gave me a bulk discount! Anyway, I didn't have to do the work and they are all nice and ready for me to put into a slideshow and book.

Subject: 35 mm slides

Laura,
I have some 35 mm slides that I would like to use to enhance my lessons for Global Foods. Is there any way to get them in a form to put into power points for each unit? Is there a machine I can use or would I need to take the slides some where to use a machine?
Thanks,
Ilene Dirks
