Mitch, We use it. I had some issues with the sound when I first set it up. What specifically is happening? I remember I had to change the windows startup sound file so the user had a chance to adjust the volume once logged in. It was always blasted at log in. So, I changed that sound file to silence. Then once in they could adjust the volume as to not blow their eardrums out.
