I just called the number on my letter, and asked them what additional
proof of purchase they needed. The guy wasn't sure since what I had
submitted in his mind should have been sufficient. So, my case is being
referred to a researcher who will contact me with what further
information I need to submit to get our vouchers. If you didn't submit
invoices you may want to find them. That is what he asked me for first.

        Microsoft Settlement for Iowa Schools ... You could only claim
the licenses purchased between July 2002 and June 2006. As Government
agencies, we were subject to those stipulations.
