At CCE we're not on the icn's grid (we get ours from Fred and his "mobile 
pickup"), Haven't noticed irregularities with the normal website. Video 
streaming from UnitedStreaming is fine. Ted.com is a little slow, but they 
don't have a good system to buffer their material. Haven't tried other places.

Do you see a pattern of site names? It could be one of the major routers taking 
a denial of service hit. That happened a few years ago to the S-T router, I 
think.
