FYI those planning a migration,
I am planning to migrate our district to 2008 server this summer and as I surveyed all that needed to be done I had a sense of dread. Looking for an easier solution I ran across "ADBulk Export" and "ADBulk Users" from Dovestone Software. Used the trial of this software and was blown away by its abilities and ease of use. Add to all this Microsoft's Robocopy and I have a complete migration kit. If you are planning a migration you owe it to yourself to look at the Dovestone software.
