1) Reset all the student passwords 2) Set the user options to "Reset Password at next Login" (Don't use simple passwords such as student ID for permanent password, OK for password reset, but have students change password. Also setup password restrictions so they have a stronger password that would be difficult to guess) 3) Tell the students not to share their passwords.
I have always recommended to districts to tell all users that they will be held responsible for any activities done with their user account. If they share their password with other people they run the risk of getting in trouble for the actions of someone else.
