Skype is what I use a lot for anything like that. Works very well compared
to Windows Live in my opinion. Just my two cents.

Subject: [info-tech] messenging tools

We want to start using communication software (voice/video) some between
offices and staff. One of the reasons is that we have to pay long distance
charges between buildings. No VOIP yet. We have been testing Skype and
Windows Live with our faculty and staff but I thought I would ask for the
group's preferences and opinions. I want to allow traffic for one client
only. Thanks.
