You may try to get info back by either a Google Search and clicking on "Cache" under the specific search result, or possibly the "Wayback Machine" may have captured the data. I tried the "Wayback Machine" on the 'www.myteachingportfolio.com' and only found data to 2005, but if you put the teachers url, (I am assuming that each teacher had their own url to access content) there is a possibility data could be retrieved there as well.
