Maximum of 30% of award can be used for Professional Development, 10%
for Information Technology Services or equipment

I understand I can buy back my PD 30%, but what does the 10% limit
mean? I thought I could use 100% of the GPV to buy equipment.

ordinary and is just a natural part of the way the world works.
2) Anything that's invented between when you're 15 and 35 is new and
exciting and revolutionary and you can probably get a career in it.
