If the application is submitted electronically, how do we submit the
signatures of the Board President, Superintendent, Building
Principal(s), and IT director?
A. On the electronic application include the names of the
individuals who will sign to acknowledge the program statements of
assurance. Once the electronic application has been submitted, send
the hard copy of Part Three with wet signatures to:
