We are pretty much exclusively Optoma projectors throughout the district -
as I upgrade from the mix and match I first started with. The more recent
purchases I have made have an audio out port and we just use basic
"computer" speakers in the classrooms, which have worked well thus far - we
also still operate off of carts in the middle of the room. I am sure we'll
make something work as we now begin the final phase of mounting projectors
from the ceiling.

We have NEC VT 700 and Epson PowerLIte 84. Almost all classes use the built
in speakers, but a few have requested external, but I just put external
computer speakers up there if the need.

really, is a 7 watt projector speakers sufficient for a classroom? Thanks,
