He could have a state contract but he doesn't have a contract with the
IEC.

Does anybody know if Florida Micro provides Iowa consortium pricing.
Their sales rep keeps calling me and making threats that I have to buy
from him because he is part of a state contract. Little does he know
that by doing this he ensures that I will not buy from him.
