Unless I'm missing something about this process, shouldn't you just be able
to use the "find files or folders" function of Windows to search for the
image names, or, files with < .jpg > < .gif > file-extension names?
I'm sure there may be other ways such as using Windows Explorer, but the
"find files" option should work.
