I know this has been answered in the past but I don't remember who addressed this issue. Under Temporary Internet Files|Content.IE5| are sub folders which appear to be system files when I attempt to delete them. Yet upon inspection, they are just cookies and temp files with folder names such as 3922v0tn and 45vk92b etc, etc. Are these safe to delete in the normal fashion or should I take extra precautions. Why is there a warning that if I delete this Windows or another program may no longer work correctly? Any comments appreciated.
