The IT company I worked for a couple of years ago had over 1,000 illegal copies of 
Windows 95/98/NT on their systems.  This is commonplace in most ISP and IT support 
organizations.  Copying software and trading information was commonplace.  They would 
either purchase a single user copy of the software and install it on all the computers 
or ghost(copy) the drives.
