I did see the double-click url in the bottom of the browser while the
page was trying to load. It never loaded because the proxy is
blocking all known double-click sites. It seems that the page will
not load (in my browser) unless I allow connections to double-click.
Since my proxy redirects all double-click sites to 127.0.0.1
(localhost) I could not view the page directly.

For some reason that link is different from other pages that have a
double-click image or advertisement embedded in it. I can usually
hit Esc and the rest of the page will load without the ads, but not
this time.

>From what I understand, they do profit from hits on the double-click
network. Since the ad site is blocked, my browser flashes
ads.doubleclick.net onto the status bar then it dies. I just think
this a dirty way to get hits.
