contract as
FACTORING ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Job responsibilities:
§ Assisting Sales Representatives in preparing and handling factoring
proposals :
(i)Translating financial statements into our system;
(ii) Making inquiries in official databases;
(iii) check the completeness of files;
§ Reporting;
Job requirements: - Economic students (preferably in final years of
study);
- PC skills Microsoft Office;
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- Very good working level of English;
- Fast learning capacity;
- Work accuracy, attention to details, well organised;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Ability to adjust quickly to new situations and to perform under
stress;
- Team-worker.
