finance staff instructions
- Distribute promptly to appropriate departments/persons the documents
received electronically (e-mail, fax) or by mail
- Scan the mailed documents (digitization) and save them in a organized
manner on the appropriate place
- Keep the staff updated on client major activities/actions

2. FINANCIAL SUPPORT OFFICER WITH ITALIAN
You need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- University Master Degree in law/economics
- Ability to work on different problems simultaneously

You will have to:
- Record First Notification of Loss
- Explain to the Insured or Claimant the nature and extent of indemnity
- Appoint and manage vendors
- Manage recoveries actions
- Proceed with settlement
